The Shoot Out Newcastle provides a number of forms that can be downloaded.

1. Entry Form for The Shoot Out Newcastle. These form will be accepted from 6pm on the 11th July 2008 at Beaumont Street Hamilton, Newcastle.

4. Performance Release - it is required that directors present this form with their completed film

This form releases the performance of all actors - leads, extras and members of the community.

5. Music Release for Use of Music External to The Shoot Out Music Library - to be completed by any filmmakers

who are using music that is not in The Shoot Out Music Library.

6. Contribution to The Shoot Out Music Library Agreement - this is the agreement that songwriters must complete

to contribute product to The Shoot Out Music Library.
